Our Story
About 688jl — Built for Filipino Players, by People Who Understand the Game
688jl started with a simple idea: Filipino players deserve a world-class online casino experience that actually understands how they live, how they pay, and what they love to play.
DAY ONE
Who We Are
The 688jl Story
688jl was founded with one clear intention: to build an online gaming platform that genuinely works for Filipino players — not just one adapted from a foreign market and re-skinned with a Philippine flag. From the very beginning, every decision on product, payments, and player experience was made with the Filipino user in mind.
The Philippines has one of the most vibrant gaming cultures in Southeast Asia. From the bingo halls of Quezon City to the busy sabong arenas of Bulacan, from the casino floors of Metro Manila to the weekend sports bettors following PBA and NBA games in Cebu and Davao — Filipinos engage with games of chance and skill as a genuine part of everyday leisure life. 688jl exists to bring that energy online in a way that's safe, fair, and convenient.
We launched with a focused selection of games and a commitment to making deposits and withdrawals as seamless as possible using the payment tools Filipinos already trust: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Since then, 688jl has grown into a full-service platform covering slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and lottery — all under one roof, one wallet, and one account.
Today, millions of verified Filipino players from all 81 provinces access 688jl every month. Whether it's a PBA playoff night in Manila, a weekend Sinulog period in Cebu, or a busy Kadayawan season in Davao, 688jl is part of how Filipinos celebrate, unwind, and — sometimes — change their financial picture with a well-timed jackpot.
"Fair play, fast payouts, and a platform that feels like it was made for you — because it was."
This is the principle that has guided 688jl from launch to where we are today.

What Sets Us Apart
Six Reasons Filipino Players Choose 688jl
We don't just say we're built for Filipinos — here's what that actually looks like in practice.
GCash-First Payments
Deposits credit in seconds and withdrawals hit your GCash wallet in minutes. No overseas bank accounts, no complex wire transfers — just the app every Filipino already has.
Certified Fair Play
Every RNG-based game on 688jl is independently tested and certified. RTP percentages are displayed transparently in each game's information panel — no hidden figures.
Mobile-First Design
The entire 688jl platform is built for smartphones first. No app download needed — the mobile web experience runs smoothly on any Android or iOS device, even on mobile data.
Full Game Spectrum
Slots, live dealer, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and lottery — all in one platform. One account and one wallet cover everything, with no separate registrations required.
24/7 Filipino Support
Our support team is available around the clock via live chat. They understand the platform, speak your language, and are trained to resolve account and payment issues fast.
Responsible Gaming Tools
688jl takes player welfare seriously. Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options are all available directly from your account settings.
Our Mission
What 688jl Stands For
The mission of 688jl has never changed: to provide the best online gaming experience available to Filipino players — one that is fair, safe, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable. We measure our success not just in revenue or player numbers, but in the trust our players place in us every time they deposit, spin, or place a bet.
Trust, for us, means transparency. It means publishing RTP figures so players know what they're getting into. It means processing withdrawals quickly because your winnings are yours. It means having real human support available when something goes wrong, not just a help center article. And it means taking responsible gaming seriously as a genuine obligation, not just a regulatory checkbox.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
688jl operates strictly for adults 21 years of age and above, in line with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming guidelines. We believe that gaming should always be entertainment — something you enjoy, not something that controls you. That's why we've built self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and session time alerts directly into the platform. If gambling ever starts to feel less like fun and more like a problem, we want our players to have the tools — and the support — to step back.
Age Requirement: All 688jl services are strictly for players 21 years of age and above. This applies to all game categories including slots, live dealer, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and lottery.
Our Values
The Principles Behind 688jl
These aren't aspirational statements on a wall — they're the actual decisions we make every day when building and operating the platform.
Transparency means we show our game RTP figures, publish clear bonus terms, and never hide fees. Fairness means certified RNG systems, independent audits, and no manipulation of outcomes. Speed means fast page loads, instant deposits, and quick withdrawals — because no one should wait to access their own money.
Security means 256-bit SSL on every connection, multi-factor authentication, and strict data protection. Accessibility means ₱100 minimum deposits and ₱20 minimum bets so 688jl is genuinely available to players at every income level across the Philippines.
And responsibility means building a platform that cares as much about your wellbeing as it does about your entertainment. That's not just good practice — it's who we are.
